The Fundraiser in a Box

A total solution for organizations without a pool of volunteers to dedicate to a fund-raising auction. You provide the venue and guests, we provide the items and the talent for your fundraiser. We can provide items from fine art to wine at wholesale prices. You are guaranteed a profit, but of course the the margins won't be as great as an auction with all donated items. This type of event is the easiest for a charity to put on.

Total Support Package

A popular package for fundraising auctions with a staff of volunteers. We provide a fund-raising seminar for the volunteers followed up by unlimited consultations and of course conducting the auction at the event.

This package works for organizations able to solicit donated packages. Our experience has been that the committees do a terrific job soliciting donations, but inexperience often causes the event to be less profitable then it could be. This is where our consultations are important. We help an organization avoid pitfalls that reduce revenue and keep an event from running smoothly.

Our objective is to help you raise the maximum revenue from your event, and have your guests go home knowing they had a good time and wanting to come back next year.

Bid Calling Service Only

Hiring a professional auctioneer for your event just makes a lot of sense.  A professional auctioneer brings excitement to a live auction, and the auction will move along quickly. Time is money at a fundraiser.  A professional will sell an item approximately every two minutes.  The more items sold in the live auction, the more money your organization will make.

Computerized Guest Registration and Cashiering

Let our crew of professionals take the pressure off your volunteers so they can enjoy your gala while your guests move smoothly through the registration and cashiering process.  That’s right; we bring three computers, four professionals and a powerful auction software program that will all but eliminate guest waiting at sign up and cashiering.  We pre register your guests based upon information provided by you.  We clerk the silent and live auction.  Your guests will receive an IRS compliant settlement sheet.  Our bonded staff will collect monies from your guests.  You will receive cash and comprehensive cash out reports at the end of the auction.

Professional Sound System

Sound requirements for an auction are very specialized.  Your guests need to be able to understand the auctioneer at a comfortable sound level.  We bring the specialized equipment that will make the auction a pleasurable experience for your guests.  This is an extremely important consideration to the success of your event.

Assistant Auctioneer

An auction is about communication.  The auctioneer communicates with the bidders through the auctioneer’s chant.  A large event complicates this communication; an assistant auctioneer facilitates communication between the auctioneer and the bidders at larger events.

Power Point Presentation

You supply photos and descriptions, or we will use stock photos to put together a power point presentation to move the live auction quickly and increase the bidding.
