It was a pleasure to work with you from the nery first contact phone call through the event clean-up. I appreciate that you were attentive to the specific details of the event (Steppin' Out - Under the City Lights) and site (San Jose City Hall Rotunda). Your dedication to helping our school raise funds through our silent and live auctions was evident.
The day of the event, it was wonderful to have you arrive early to offer last minute suggestions and set up your equipment so that everything was operating perfectly at the beginning of the event. I appreciate that you were willing to bring your own microphone. Your suggestions for a more effective sound system were appreciated even though we were not able to incorporate it into our budget,
The live auction went very well. The pace was just right for inexperienced auction bidders. Your encouragement to bid just a little higher helped us to earn all our community was able to contribute.
Mulberry School earned over $55,000.00 at Steppin' Out which will support our educational program throughout the next year. Our guests had a fun and memorable evening!

Peninsula Symphony fundraiser, Swing Fever
I want to thank you for your help, guidence and professionalism in working with us on our Peninsula Symphony fimdraiser, Swing Fever. We were successful way beyond our most optimistic budget, raising $29,000.00. As you know , this was our first attempt at an event such as this and we are very pleased that it went so well in all respects. It was a very special evening and we hope it is the first of many more fundraisers in the years to come.

What an event we had! We so appreciate your auctioneering experience. All told, our event earned more than $75,000.00. We are so glad we encorperated your suggestion to pre-fill the silent auction bid sheets - that made data entry and checkout so much easier. Vehicle Donation Program
A1 Auction Service has been handling vehicle donations for Teen Challenge Nor Cal / Nevada for several years now. I am writing to tell you how happy I am to be working with this company. Since I have been the donations coordinator and have been responsible for all of our auto donations for this ministry, I have depended greatly on A1 Auction Service for handeling the greater part ofmy donation transactions. I find them fair in their fees, and I do not feel like I am being taken advantage of as a non-profit organization. I have been able to depend on them handling thier end of the paperwork without worry.
Danielle has been such a pleasure to work with. When I first took over this department she took the time to walk me through the questions I had regarding paperwork and procedure. I find A1 Auction Service trustworthy, and efficient. I highly recommend their services to other agencies. I have found that other options I attempted to pursue have turned out to be price gouging and unstable in their attitudes and practices. I am truly a satisfied customer.
